Fitness: most people either love the word or hate it.  That’s where I come in.

I am here to help you change your outlook since it doesn’t have to be a 4-letter word. As a Mom of 2, I help inspire and educate other Mom’s and females who desire to have a love for fitness and yoga!

My Story

This venture started out as a simple Instagram account titled, @Kaypi – yup, that was my yoga handle! I soon changed it, with help of my husband’s brilliance, to @earthyogi.  Much better.

I began doing yoga shortly after my husband and I were married in 2011 and it spoke to me.  I have always found a huge passion in the art and practice of yoga since it includes all things I absolutely love: dancing, flexibility and fitness.

I then started studying the teaching aspect of yoga, started teaching and have a dream of going to a yoga retreat with Chelsea Korus, one of my heroes.

My Blog

After my first was born, I started feeling emotions of some postpartum depression.  I turned to the only thing I knew to be a constant at all times in my life – fitness. 

It completely helped me get out of the house, make new friends and work on myself again!

Since my Instagram account and my passion has grown, many more people started to follow my journey and have asked for more!

And so I bring to you, my blog.  My little piece of what I do while my child naps, my creative outlet and my way to give my fitness passion to the world.
